Hab gerade eine YT-Werbung der Bahn gesehen und da war der Tenor: "Wir wissen, dass es Probleme gibt, aber wir werden uns verbessern."

Ich finde es erfrischend ehrlich. In der Vergangenheit hat die Bahn (zurecht) auf den Deckel bekommen, weil man Verspätungsstatistiken geschönt hat und das Problem klein geredet hat. Jetzt hat man zumindest das Gefühl, dass die Bahn nicht komplett out of touch ist.

Das mit den eigenen Mitarbeitern sehe ich auch anders: die bekommen doch auch mit, dass vieles nicht so recht läuft und ich glaube nicht, dass die den Schluss daraus ziehen, dass sie daran Schuld sind. Die wissen doch auch, dass die Probleme durch Unterfinanzierung entstanden sind und sie gute Arbeit machen.

Mein Problem ist dabei eher, dass man überhaupt so viel Geld für Werbung ausgibt, was anders besser genutzt werden könnte. Damit meine ich keine Insta-Posts (das kann der Praktikant billig machen), aber YT-Werbung muss echt nicht sein.

Just because it is not comparable to a serial killer does not mean that it's not bad enough to warrant a holier label. How do you justify killing and torturing an animal just for taste pleasure?

What are your reasons for comparing veganism to religion? Aside from having a strong opinion I see no real similarities. To me it feels like non vegans want this comparison to be valid to be able to make it about personal choice when it really is about respecting others.

Also the "there is no right answer" argument is always in favor of the status quo which is factory farming animals. Is that really something you want to preserve?

Maybe you should consider the possibility that some people in some aspects of life really are holier than thou and you could learn from them. Imagine someone pointing out to a serial killer how not killing is more moral and the killer answers with "Holier than thou.". Would this be a good comeback?

Haben sie wirklich zu nichts geführt? Spricht nicht ganz Deutschland seit fucking Monaten über das Thema? Und wer glaubt, dass die Klimabewegung ohne LG mehr erreichen würde, hat die letzten Jahre scheinbar nicht aufgepasst. Sonst würde man wissen, dass effektiver Klimaschutz nie das Thema war, sondern immer nur Diskussionen über die Protestform. Als FFF angefangen haben war nicht etwa "Oh nein, warum sehen sich unsere Kinder zu solchen Protesten genötigt?" die Frage, sondern "Blöde Akademikerkinder, die wollen doch eh nur Schule schwänzen!!!" war der Diskurs von den Leuten, die jetzt die LG als Terroristen bezeichnen.
