Looking at the list you might enjoy Civilization a new Dawn, though I don't know if it's on sale. If you're getting it, I highly recommend to get the Terra Incognita expansion, as it turns it from a meh to a great game

I have only seen screenshots of the manga, but I feel the animΓ© went a bit cheap on the production side? It was fine, but felt very... Slow. I think if the music was a bit more present, it'd have been quite a bit more.
