I am on android as well.
I cleared may cache just the other day following some advice from this community. And it started happening again just a couple of days later. This never happened before the last update so there must be some memory hole that was not there before.
There are so many predatory car dealers around every American base. All the sign say will finance E1 and up. (E1 is the lowest enlisted rank) They know once they get them to sign if the teenager tries to default they can contact their command and put a lien on their pay.
Former Navy here. You can opt for anything want but it doesn't mean squat if they want to send you somewhere.

My heart goes out to you my friend. It's one of the hardest things to do but being a good owner means making that terrible decision for them. A friend of of mine very aptly said that "adopting a pet is signing up for tragedy" but the time you have is so sweet.
I can tell you, for me, I have had to wait as much as year before I could bring myself to adopt another cat.
