I never installed a .xpi on android myself, but from what I found on mozzilla forums it USED to be possible, but that feature is long gone :(
Maybe with a Firefox fork ???
It looks like thunder and Liftoff are for both android and ios. wefwef also works on both platforms but only has iOS graphic for now (but devs want to also add the android one)
