Since you are a fan of the books and you have already seen the first one, you should watch it, even you were disappointed with part one. You may find you like or you might be just as disappointed. Either way, it's about a 3 hour commitment. If you don't like it, don't watch it again. If you do, you've found a movie you enjoy.

Revolutions - does a deep dive on 10 different major revolutions. You can start from any series beginning, but I would recommend listening in order. French, Haitian, and Russian are my three favorite.

When I was in we had to requalify every year. You can actually build up a tolerance so its not that bad.

This was the correct call. Here are two different explanations why. While the rule may not be great, the umpire was right. They don't get to decide which rules are good and which aren't. They have to enforce them.
It would reallocate electors as well as congressional seats. Those are both based on population and are already realloated every 10 years.
