Since it's Deadpool, ima guess that's the point.
I believe I've watched the Tolkien edit, and yeah, it's much better than than the original trilogy. Still can't fix everything and it still looks shiny AF but at least there's less stupid shit.
Only thing I noticed was at one point Smaug is randomly covered in gold for a second while flying towards lake town, because they cut the stupid gold statue bit but they obviously don't CGI a dragon without the gold.
Oh well that's a good start, still not an app and I'm not gonna browse on the website, it's shit imo.
Would probably come up when you search nostupid while looking for c/nostupidquestions. It's just whether people are smart enough to figure out they should ask there instead.
I get being upset about it being used for porn, but I hope this doesn't result in modders being banned from creating characters with AI voices. Imagine the story mods people could make without having to spend the big bucks on voice actors. Just type the script in and let the computer go to town.
But who cares if it's technically an ad? You still get the porn content you previously wouldn't get. No one's forcing you to pay for the extra stuff.
I went back onto Reddit today and like 20 posts in popular had 5k+ comments. I really miss the variety but, we'll get there.
I just miss videos on general, I get it's not realistic for a small business like lemmy to host videos on their servers. But in-app players for links would be great, I miss my dog/cat videos aswell as pussy videos. Imgur for animals, redgifs for porn. Idk maybe throw in TikTok links, even Instagram.

When you disagree with the core concept of life and society/people there's not much that would make life better. I'm done meeting people. Just tryna get through life as fast as possible and retire early then die.
I AM boring without my friends. But let's not kid ourselves, the majority of life is boring.
100megabit is not the minimum, that's about what I'm on and have the fastest internet out of anyone I know, downloading games in a couple hours and stuff.
People can absolutely live with +16megabits, I did at my parents house for years. 100 would be nice, but in no way necessary.
