Edit: Here are some videos of the before and after. My phone doesnt record noise well so I had to boost the audio by 30db. Even still its a bit hard to judge how much of a difference it makes. Btw I didnt make any changes to the fan curve (yet). Idle temp went down about 10°C (probably also because the new fans dont completely stop spinning even on 0% for some reason. But you cant hear them at all so idc)

Just saw a video and certain instruments/displays on trains (original ICE 3 for example) run with Windows 3.11, so thats probably why they are searching for one
