I'm not sure Russia gets to terminate the war at this point. Even stopping offensive actions wouldn't meet Ukraine's requirements. Russia needs to be expelled from all of Ukraine, including Crimea.

It's not just the commitment to Ukraine fighting, but the Russian army has shown itself to be extremely inept since the invasion. They're rolling over or flat out joining Wagner.

First I'm seeing him directly call out Putin, albeit a fairly tame call-out.

Listening to their intercepted phone calls, it seems like they mostly hate Putin for sending them to Ukraine.
