Part Two is just Fire Punch + romance.
They can clog up storm water drainage systems and lead to flooding. That's the only good reason. I rake them up and mulch them with my mower.

I love your edit. I'd get a second opinion from a different psychiatrist. I have a friend with schizophrenia and your ramblings, for lack of a better word, remind me of him. His got a lot darker though. I'm not trying to suggest that you have schizophrenia. I just see some familiar disconnects with reality.
They should change the name of this community to Texas Economy.
