Because the only good thing about Signal is it's encryption.

The user interface itself is amazing, true seamless multiple device support - including web clients (with your drafts synced on all your devices too), live location sharing, polls, live voice channels, good stickers, bots, public groups/channels, 2gb file sharing, video messages, usernames, etc.

Signal is only good at doing one thing, and that's encryption. It lacks so many useful features that Telegram has.

What if you run the portable version of Firefox? How would they know?

I never said that lemmy.ca had more performance, I said the ping was lower and responsiveness was better.

I have an account on lemmy.world, but when I ping it, I'm in the 100ms. I ended up on lemmy.ca where the ping is 3ms average, it makes a big difference in responsiveness.

Organic Maps is indeed open source and available through f-droid/GitHub/Telegram.

It's actively developed and it's UI is more easier to use than OSMAnd. The search accuracy is also way better than in OSMAnd, in which I often can't find places.

OSMAnd is pretty nice, but Organic Maps is just way better IMHO.

Have you tried OnlyOffice? It's pretty much like MS office and documents compatibility is really good.

I think that the lemmy.world instance had problems with the influx of users, not really Jerboa. I've switched to a smaller instance and it's rock solid.

Yeah, you have more control on the widgets in Kvaesitso.

Kvaesitso ia great, but I keep coming back to Kiss. Having your most used/history apps easily accessible from bottom to top (instead of being only at the top of the apps folder) is so convenient and easier accessible. You don't have to move your hands to the top of the phone.

Edit: I missed a specific setting that allows you to have the search page reversed (bottom to top), so favorites and most used are at the bottom. It's definitely better, but I still fall back to Kiss.
