I’m a speech therapist and that’s really great to hear! Children with autism have a lot of difficulty understanding emotion at all, so it might be hard for him to express it. I’m glad he is getting better!

I use a kobo and it is works great. I got it in 2019 and there have been no problems. I use it to get ebooks from the library and that works great too.

I live in Peru and we have a filter on the faucet so that we can drink it, but you cannot drink straight tap water.

I have been generally just looking through year end lists of the best new music for the year and spending the next few months going through that, but I feel there may be a better way.

I literally just signed up for lemmy after reading this post on reddit. I’m ready for reddit to crash. Decentralized apps seem like the way to go. It seems super short-sighted on Reddit’s part to be basically extorting all these 3rd party apps that are super popular.
