Agreed. It's needlessly convoluted at times. But over time you just learn to accept and deal with these quirks. However, I still get confused by them as well.

It was split into two 12 episode cours, hence the "season 2". But in reality it's just one season. I totally understand how that can be confusing.
Wasn't sure how it was gonna end but I'm satisfied with it. Overall the show was an enjoyable ride. I do hope we get more with these characters but where the story can go is beyond my smooth brain.

Well I didn't see this ever coming back. I enjoyed the original run of SEED and it did it's job well of getting me back into Gundam. Before SEED, my first introduction was Wing. After that I went back to watch every series, but holy fuck is SEED Destiny a hot fucking mess.

Yeah I wasn't trying to call you out specifically. Just pointing out that sometimes that's the situation.
