It's an extremely powerful pattern recognition tool. There are uses for that, but your right that people are going the "if you only have a hammer, everything looks like a nail" route.

Didn't one ai have a lot of false positives because it would say any picture of skin with a ruler in it was cancer? The moment it saw a ruler it responded with cancer because all the data it was fed about confirmed cancers had rulers in them.
It's not even that. The petri dish could sustain the advancement until we could pivot to cleaner/safer things. We just chose not to pivot. The filter (for humans, anyway) is selfishness and greed.
I'm only in my mid 30s, but for me, I've never once had peace find me unless I'm neglecting something, but I've found it plenty of times in different ways. Mostly through various creative hobbies, but for me I'm at peace when I'm creating something. If there's anything that gave you a spark of "huh, interesting" give it a try. Could be a creative hobby, could just be reading or watching cheesy b-movies. The point is to give you something to do to trigger the good brain chemicals.
I'd highly recommend a therapist if you aren't seeing one already. As regularly as you can, since they can help you offload and work through your feelings and thoughts to keep you pointed at the path. Find a practice that isn't licensed to prescribe medication if you're worried about getting put on another med, and don't be afraid to shop around. Like a partner, it can take a few tries to find the right therapist.
As a single person you'd be pretty good for the rest of your (still probably short) life. But honestly, I think ascribing button pushing to some of these people is a stretch. They know the particular buttons to open their social media, or maybe even access their banking, but any mention of settings and you get a blank look. I see that with every generation now, working in IT. It used to just be the boomers, but tech knowledge seems to have degraded over the years.
I agree with you. A majority of the mass shootings (all shootings, really) would disappear overnight if we increased financial security and had free healthcare. Couple it with a cultural push for mental health awareness and care and you wouldn't need too many gun laws on the books.
Man, moving the goalposts from CIG to the subreddit? Talk about bad faith. Nah, don't have the time and crayons for a refunder. Enjoy your hate-filled existence lol
Right, because the refundians are a loose collective, and CIG is a company. You can't point at a singular post and go "there's the brigading," mostly because they get removed by mods, but hate groups brigade. But to cite a source, the Derek Smart "90 day cash flow" claim is a good place to start.
CIG has plenty of things to rightfully criticize, but this isn't one of them until multiple people from multiple sources come forward. It's sensationalist bullshit until proven otherwise.
What's your reason for asking? I'm assuming because you linked a rag piece and not the original reddit thread for context?
I'd need to see at least two different people with the same claim submit redacted copies. One of which should not have any history on the refunds reddit. One motivated person could forge an NDA, and again, I wouldn't put it past that community to hallucinate yet another slight.
"A" refund, from "one" redditor who has provided no proof. On a subreddit that's been known to brigade. I'm not saying CIG is a saint, but I feel like a rag piece and the outrage need to hold off for more info.
This is setting up for the "plandemic" talk I've been overhearing from the crazy side of my family. Now there's an "other" to point a finger at when Trump's bad decisions allow another unchecked pandemic to happen on his watch.
