When you buy a game on a CD or Cartidge, it's up to you to make sure you continue to own it from then on. That is the same model as GoGs digital downloads. You own it, you make sure you still have it on hand for as long as you want to still have it on hand for.

Thank you for taking updates as seriously as you do. Making sure to only update when it is overall a good idea to do so. I'm sure you get no shortage of flak for being out of date. Thank you for being able to stand up to that.
Your well thought out decision process on everything is what reassures me I found a good home. And your open and honest posts about every major decision are nice to read when I initially disagree with a decision made, until I see why it was made.
Does delaying the announcement that she is vacating at all increase the chance that another GOP follows her? Cuz then, that would be why. If not, then probably just covering an embarrassing secret.
It's hard to have compromat on someone in this position. He has already put himself in a post-reveal state. Trump can't trust someone that he can't ruin. The word "trust" to him doesn't mean having faith or being vulnerable. It means knowing they can't disobey.
Hopefully that link isn't broken or bad. But yeah, he basically said he was wrong and out of touch. And that he could stand to make an effort to get with the times.
His style of comedy has always been about finding where the current edge is and seeing how far you can cross it and still be funny. But the drawback is that the edge moves. So you have to keep seeing where it is, and what you said 10 years ago probably isn't funny anymore. It's normal to get frustrated when something you put effort and work into is no longer seen as a good thing even though it was liked well enough at the time. But he really should have expected that result. And I think he knew that when he made it, but had since got caught up in the false validation that can come from being out of touch.
Even when it aired, it was walking the line of generally offensive. That line didn't have to move far to tip the show out of favour on average. Seinfeld himself addressed it, initially being upset that his brand of comedy was falling out of favour, but eventually coming to terms with the fact that he himself was out of touch and would benefit from adapting.
I mean the kinds of gambling that might trigger someone with a gambling addiction. Isn't that where you were coming from?
You can't gamble with dice?
Ok... but his thing can actually happen... your version of the bad things that can happen for still also posting news to twitter is all imaginary stuff that doesn't happen in real life. Being upset about the direction Twitter and Reddit took and are taking is a totally valid, and honestly the objectively correct position to have about it. But adding in imaginary penalties for using it is not.
The whole point of the post is real gambling is rated as totally safe for kids. As long as it doesn't use card or poker chips as imagery. Why is getting kids to actually gamble ok? Why is imagery associated with gambling so much worse than actual gambling for kids?
So then explain why games with actual real money gambling aren't rated 18+, is gambling "imagery" with no gambling really that much worse than having actual gambling?
It sounds like it's mostly based on tradition/fear that revoking a gift might anger the god. As much as it sounds petty, we are thinking about it as a monetary thing, since we(most of us) likely don't believe in a god. But it has likely been the way things are done for a very long time. And fear of angering their god or losing the gods blessing is a big deal to them. Like, life or death level in their minds.
