You might want to have a look at kneesovertoesguy on YouTube. Maybe have someone qualified have look at your knees before working out.

Can someone recommend me a game for my kids (10, 6, 6) for the Switch. They love Scott Pilgrim vs. The World. It should be Multiplayer, so all 3 can play. Wo do have all the big nintendo titles like M (kbin.social)
