How is that simpler?

It sounds way more complex to logistically set up a system like that. Best case is a lot of regulation needed, worse case is a complete overhaul of the economy.

I would love to see a policy where there is a variable tax rate on companies based on employees satisfaction.

If a company has a largely unhappy workforce they would be taxed most of their profits.

If a company has a extremely happy workforce then it can reduce the taxation rate below the standard rate. And employees can still vote on this 2 years after termination.

It incentivises companies to invest more in the employees wellbeing, and punishes companies that take practice in unsustainable hiring and mass layoffs later.

If it is unavoidable that a company needs to downsize, they would be incentivised to help employees find new employment.

I'm sure there is a large issue I'm not seeing with this but I'm pretty fond of the idea.

Not to mention that a lot of companies pay the minimum price needed for a camera for insurance purposes, as insurance is supposed to cover the damages.

They only need to show that a crime was committed, not who committed it.

I think it is supposed to be lips.

See the red parts? That looks like lipstick.

Internet ruined me so I assumed it was supposed to be another orifice at first until it looked a little too odd.

I partly agree with you, but not completely. There are benefits to claiming you are ADHD, like in the UK being covered as a disability, thus employers are required to make reasonable adjustments for work comfort e.g. Noise cancelling headphones.

People without ADHD that claim to be can shew the expectations of what ADHD people go through in the wrong direction.

That said: I ended up waiting like 3 years for my diagnosis (and I had to chase those bastards every single time for a response), so if my employer didn't trust me and wasn't understanding of my struggles I would have been sacked by now.

That said; needing to pay £1,000s to get essential mental health care is outrageous. I'd take a reasonable self-assessment any day over expecting people to pay that.

But I wish people would stop voting for the government party that trying to convince them that immigrants are stealing jobs and they should underfund health care to keep the economy safe.

I get where you are coming from.

I feel it could pass for a political compass meme if it coloured the backgrounds.

I frequently get annoyed by grammar nazis.

Your not always going to get your grammar write every time. Were only human. I wish they would say a simple "sorriy" once in a while.
