Could change the reporting requirement to 24hrs or something significanly less than 30-45 days. The juicy theories alone would fill all new hours in the 24hr new cycle.

Sucks to be an iOS developer. Apple will never give up it's 30% of your money. EVER.
And this why I just don't play online multiplayer games. I'll do couch co-op or co-op with a friend but never with strangers.
