He, like all old ass Northeasterners, also eats well done steaks with a side of unseasoned creamed whatever and something potato. It’s like they’re all perpetually on a cruise in 1965 and everything has to be overcooked and taste like shoe or air.

Source: Me. I did catering gigs in the Northeast for a hot minute. There’s obviously great restaurants in the Northeast but old rich people like shit I would feel bad about adding to pig slop.

Oh, yes. Let’s listen to the crypto industry, that famous industry with no security breaches or frauds. We might as well ask for site design advice from restaurants that don’t put their hours or menu somewhere prominent on their site.

You setup passkeys for all your devices with biometric features. I know I have a Yubikey for my desktop, facial recognition on my phone, and a fingerprint reader on my laptop. So, I setup 3 passkeys using biometric (fingerprint or face). I also kept my password and 2FA for now because it’s all new. I wouldn’t recommend jumping in face first.

I only am using it on a few key sites and partly because I’m a web developer testing it all out. I wouldn’t advise it for the average user at the moment but it’ll mature and many password managers can store passkeys now. As it matures, I’m hopeful it becomes seamless like FaceID and fingerprint readers.

I would guess actual polling error or “polling error” based on the fact that campaigning really hasn’t started in earnest. (Biden is still hiring senior staff in Pennsylvania and Trump hasn’t even opened an office there yet.) We should probably expect polling to be all over the place before late September or so, especially with cross-tabs and the tiny sample sizes. Barely anyone is spending the money for high quality polls yet (except maybe the campaigns but they don’t release those).

It’s obvious that there’s real anger about the Gaza war crimes and inflation (which no president controls but people think they do). But a lot of young people are genuinely undecided. If it’s your first or second presidential election, you inevitably make your mind up later than if you already have a party.

I like the TLDR bot but I wouldn’t rely on it for anything important. I’ll read the summary and if it’s just some fluff piece, I’m not too worried about it if it skipped a detail. But for serious journalism, I read the article. There’s a huge difference between an article about a video game or celebrity and an article about a war or natural disaster.

Piped bot doesn’t seem to work for me anyway but I don’t usually click video links. I prefer text to video for actual info so I mostly just click the videos on a comment when it’s an obvious joke and they’re referencing something funny.

I’ll go to North Sentinel Island and ask them. They seem chill.

I didn’t major in it but took a few courses. I think just learning different frameworks to analyze situations is most helpful. When something in the world is complex, you at least have tools to approach an understanding of it.

I was gonna say that but does alpine have KDE or XFCE (he said Windows style interface)? I’ve only used it as a container.

I hope people understand that no one has beef with Tel Aviv left-wingers who hate Netanyahu and have been voting against him and protesting for years. Israel isn’t the right wing assholes who formed an elaborate coalition. The right wing assholes in your country don’t represent you.

I buy a lot of my telescope equipment from Celestron so I got their kit. It was like $2 more than the knockoff brands but I like my eyeballs so went with a company I trust with relatively inexpensive optics.

If you say you work in software, a lot of people are like, “The software at my job sucks.” So, I don’t know how much to take seriously and how much is just that everyone kind of hates the indignity of paid labor.
