No one has ever suggested that. We suggest — and I’ll just say it clearly rather than suggest — that people who talk about “races” made up in like 1600, people who cite IQ tests, and people who show their whole ignorant, racist ass online are the fucking morons. Maybe they should show a little humility about their wack ass genetic inheritance.

Personally, I care about the whole of Subsaharan Africa more than the Middle East but I’d like to know why this is a very special situation where one side is good.
How the fuck do you feel about a war where civilian and adults are kidnapped and starved, children take headshots (or worse), there will be no victors, and every “leader” is loathed by 70% of their population but use the war to cling to power? Do you think maybe we should use international law to prosecute the war criminals and try to create peace? Or do you think we should treat it like a sport where we root for our favorite team?
I view it more as a war between right wing religious fanatics who lack popular support or legitimacy against civilians. Israeli and Iranian leaders should be tried at The Hague and there should be a peace and truth commission so the region can maybe have peace.
If you have a dog in this fight, maybe they won’t be convicted. That’s why we have trials. But it’s been a war crime extravaganza so they’ll probably be convicted.
This would be great but you know centrists will fuck it up and it’ll be like, “You can get up to $25,000 as a tax credit if you’re a veteran who owns a small business in an opportunity zone and have a low income but also somehow have a spouse who is a lawyer and can spend 30h finding and filling out the paperwork and tracking down bank statements from when you both were 19.”
