toldinstone is such an awesome channel. I have one of his books on my shelf. It's nice that there's a few channels about Roman history that don't come with that fucking weirdo pro-authoritarian 'nostalgia' for living under a pre-feudal empire that a lot of Roman history 'fans' want. When buying stoneware, is there anything to watch out for? Seems like the kind of thing companies would seal with questionable materials. Any good reliable companies?
Electrician here. Worked Satuday. Shouldn't have. Installed a generator with another guy, I did all the outside work. While installing load shedding modules for the multiple AC units in this obnoxiously large house, I was just accumulating snow all over me. Turned around when I was done one of them and I couldn't look down inside my bag anymore lol, it was all filled with snow. Tomorrow morning is going to be spent scrubbing my tools with penetrating oil.
Yeah, we're largely past the arguments about the economics of global warming and should be well into the discussions on what is technically feasible. Not many costs are too great at this point.
