I found the deck to be comfortable enough for my purposes. That being said a steam controller grip would be great.

Holy run-on sentence. Also it sounds like it's the measuring device that doesn't support newer the newer OS, not the other way around. Also migrating a database is possible, it just takes a ton of work.

I don't know about that. When I worked at a repair shop we had tons of tools specifically for melting glue without harming the hardware. I've melted the adhesive that holds together ipad minis with a specialty heat plate. Apple for sure needs to get their shit together and make user serviceable devices, but there's always a way around their bullshit.

It's really just par for the course with Apple. They've been making their products hostile to repair for years. One of the more egregious examples being the iPhone 4. The cable that connected the display to the mainboard was strung between the two so that when the phone was opened, any inexperienced user or repair-person would likely tear it in half. To say nothing of error 53, an error that came up when attempting to replace the home button with a non-official part, despite not selling official parts.

Might be a hot take, but I loved the steam controller. I killed two of them just through constant use and abuse and I still wish I could get another.

Oh well, my steam deck is enough for now.

Everyone will recommend the same stuff to you over and over without asking if you've tried any of it before. The truth is, if you can get access to them, anti-depressants are pretty great. They aren't a magic solution, but they do make it manageable. Coping strategies and excersise only work if you are in a place to even get up and try it.

A machine that grinds beans? You have been blessed by the workplace coffee gods! My work has a keurig and a fine selection of watery swill cups. I just brought my secondary setup from home. No amount of sugar or milk will fix K-cups.

I'd be 100% down to buy Sync pro again for a Kbin Sync.

Ugh, more "get off my lawn" articles. There are tons of young workers who will 100% ignore their employer the second they clock out. Anyone who has the option to do so, and complains about constantly being pinged, has no boundaries and frankly deserves it.

Your employer doesn't own you, you can turn off your notifications.

They steal wages, you put in bogus overtime, it's the American way.
