Thanks!
Who is top left?
I almost bought a 3 bed 2 bath house with detached garage for $215,000 when I was in my twenties. I got laid off about a year after I decided not to and had to relocate. So probably would've been a bad decision.
But! It's the only time in my millennial life I've had a chance at home ownership.
Yeah I guess luxury is the wrong word. But they're very nice homes. What they aren't building are 3 bedroom 1 bath ranchers with a little back yard for the kids to throw a ball around. All we want is a little detached house. You know?
Not really. I mean maybe that, too.
Where I'm at, they keep building only luxury 1.2 plus million dollar houses, while the average family can only afford a mortgage half that amount with current interest rates. Unfortunately that gets you a 2 bed 2 bath condo here, which isn't sufficient for families with 2 kids and a pet, or whatever.
So the houses sit, for sale, we have entire streets empty with for sale signs on the lawns, only lower cost places are selling because nobody can get a mortgage.
Civilization 1.
Looks like good engineering
These, either, neither
All can be explained but the explanation is certainly more complicated than simply understanding the word(s)
I think you can always define a word using other words, without repeating the word in question. Just sometimes you have to take a pretty wide circle and the explanation can end up complicated
Sure I am. If employees made $90/hr the ratio would be significantly improved. It's not the ratio that's the actual problem here. You get that right?
