Well I just download more or less everything that comes out lol. It's like having my own streaming service with thousands if movies and shows available.

I didn't think anyone on this platform would be dumb enough to use Google Chrome anyways.

Well I'm not seeing any ads, so I'd say yes

I haven't used streaming services in a couple of years. Now I'm just doing all piracy and watching it through my Jellyfin server

Well both browsers suck balls, so there's that.

[–] ScaNtuRd 1 points 5 months ago

That's awesome

[–] ScaNtuRd 2 points 5 months ago (1 children)

Sure, but how many phones/carriers actually use this by default in the US?

[–] ScaNtuRd 0 points 5 months ago

Better yet, have a de-Google'd phone and don't connect it to the car. Don't see why it is "better" not to have one at all.

Well, when somebody drives drunk and kills themselves, I will also say that they brought it on themselves. Play stupid games, win stupid prizes.

The evidence is literally publicly available. It takes mere seconds to find court records and articles online. But it is just easier for you to sit there and scream "what is your evidence?" as some headless chicken, right?

Yeah, don't ever connect your phone to your car. It has been proven that they steal all your data.

So... We all know that Access is awesome, and there's virtually no limit to what you can do with it.

Personally, I have developed a big ERP system for a furniture wholesale company. This app, which I am continuously developing on and improving, has a multi-user login system with different permission levels, allows the company employees to enter supplier, product and customer information, auto-generate purchase contracts, NDAs and invoices, and much more.

I would like to hear more about the projects that you guys are working on, what you think about Access, and whether you plan to continuously develop apps in Access in the future.

I tried one called Lemmur that I downloaded off F-Droid, however, it can not find this instance (lemmy.world). I want one that's open-source, and preferably from F-Droid (because screw Google). Which one do you guys use?

Keyfile? YubiKey? Both? I, myself, use just use a standard keyfile that I generated with KeePass. This should be plenty secure along with a strong password.

Some guy once showed me a neat trick. Instead of generating the keyfile in KeePass, he would instead generate a very long password, paste it into a txt file, and use that as a keyfile. That way, it is much easier to backup, since it is just a single-line string of text. It can even be backed up as a QR code very easily.

submitted 1 year ago by ScaNtuRd to c/fediverse

Hello all! I am new to the Fediverse, and am currently exploring it all. Very exciting concept and future! So far, I am here on Lemmy (Reddit alternative) and Nostr (Twitter alternative). Which Fediverse software is the best Facebook alternative? Thanks in advance!
