BUT no one has had sex with them! No one else has made such guarantees with the wings previously on offer.

I wish there was no cause for insurance at all. Cremation should be free and a component of end of life care. The fact that dental and vision aren't a part of Healthcare is actually absurd. Auto insurance should be inexpensive and all about property.
Shipping would get soooo expensive. I ship all over the US and the pricing from UPS and FedEx stays competitive with USPS, and often USPS will do the last mile delivery in more rural zones. If you remove the limiting price point that the USPS provides to the market, these private shippers will raise prices so high, so fast, it'll make your head spin.
The margins these companies are willing to charge an individual is actually obscene. I ship pallets every so often, so I have a FedEx freight shipping contract. It discounts my freight costs ~90%. For anyone without a business and no contract they're happy to charge you 10x more they need to. They profit off the price they charge me, they rake you over the coals because they can. If they have more opportunities to do that, they will.
It's true in some states but also not relevant in many ways. It was a largely cash based society. My grandmother had a bank account prior to WW2 as a young adult in Idaho. Usually the stores kept a leger or tab and you would come pay that off in person with cash in hand at the end of the month. Your bank wasn't needed unless you were getting a loan or had such large assets it would be dangerous to travel with it.
They are in this instance, since I didn't aid them.
We are just going to disagree on the little details here. It seems you are capable of seeing circumstances where people can have sympathy with the killer if their victim is atrocious enough. We're just quibbling over details now.
Of course I do. You know it's possible to justify murder without having a personal dislike of the person?
I'm against institutionalized violence, but I can get behind a victim seeking retribution. The rule of law is not applied evenly, as you can plainly see with the manhunt for this shooting victim vs countless others. Because of that, I don't pretend to be a believer in letting the justice system handle the dispensation of justice solely.
Maybe you should stop viewing it as a murder and start seeing it as mob justice. That wouldn't have to happen if our institutionalized justice system functioned correctly.
OR they actually dislike the CEO and don't feel bad about seeing the cumuppance of someone who's decisions while performing their role has caused an increase in suffering and death.
You don't need a gun in your hands to bring death and suffering to those around you. Sometimes all it takes is a pen, callous disregard for others and a desire for self enrichment.
None of these people are alive anymore. We owe nothing to anyone that we don't already owe everyone.
Dreamland.
There are as many houses as people want but not all the the quality or location they want. Manufactured homes can be dropped on lots for a fraction of the price. People live in the central valley and commute so they can have a home for much less. The world will never have everything everyone wants the way they want it. Thats not this world.
I'm not vegan and I agree completely. It's totally obvious meat is a good protein source. What people need to be shown are inexpensive, easy, proteins needed to balance a diet. My meat intake naturally declined the more I learned to cook and educated myself on nutrition and other ingredients. The US dietary guidelines should always be encouraging inexpensive and sustainable sources of nutrition. Beef and chicken doesnt need any help getting the word out.
