I personally know a half dozen people that considered themselves incels and got out of it. I'm every case, they were the problem. Two of them got over it with the help of a psychiatrist, the other 4 managed in their own.
It's very easy to get trapped in that rabbit hole if you spend time in online communities that defend and reinforce the belief that you are a victim of society but in almost every case, the person is the problem.
Just because you have a phone doesn't mean you are under any obligation to answer if or respond to messages. My phone is for me to communicate with people when I want to, not the other way around.
No, but I have met plenty (I'm an anime fan, there are a lot of people in that scene that you might call incels) of unapologetic assholes with victim complexes, that blame their problems on women and society. There nothing involuntary about their behavior and in return, others treat them the way they deserve to be treated.

I played it for a few hours at launch, it was not great but very promising. I played it again last year for 140 hours and had the best gaming experience I've had since the first time I played Final Fantasy 6.
