If they're that low/unreliable then they're just adding unnecessary fluff to the community. Tier 4s are already really unreliable.

I hope that people understand that the money paid for Rice isn't going to directly translate to his performance. There's a lot of factor in play here such as West Ham not needing to sell, Man City inflating the price, etc.
Through thick and thin we need to back him because the talent is clearly there ❤️
