Yes, it is what got me into mycology. Simple and works, a bit like me. ;)

Nice. Never tried broke boi. I am time poor so the convenience of "sterilise, stab and forget" is what I like. Experimenting with Aldi "brown rice and chia" and "brown rice with ancient grains" bags. Could get wild. :)

At the end of a dirt road on the southern part of great dividing range, 80km from the nearest town. It is paradise, but for a month every year the sun is a bit lacklustre. Tassie is nice, been only once but fond memories of the place, admittedly that was 45yrs ago.

I can't wait, I am on standalone solar between two hills. At the moment my panels are getting about 3 hours direct sunlight per day, not good for the batteries or my wallet as I am having to run the genny each day. (Doesnt help that it has been rainy/overcast for the past 6 days)

Hopefully tomorrow is a new day as I have just increased my PV array by 100% today. Fingers crossed.

Where I am in Australia they are a weird pink colour and are flavourless, also $10 per kg so I havent had tomato for about a month. I miss a good tomato 🍅

Glad to be here. Mainly a mushroom guy these days, seems hard to find good tabs in Australia these days (maybe I'm just getting old)
