McGowan also revealed that during his time at Bungie, the company had approximately 1,600 employees. Earlier this year, CEO Pete Parsons confirmed that the workforce now stands at “850 team members building Destiny and Marathon.” This indicates a staggering workforce reduction of nearly 47% within just one year.

This seems really disingenuous to say. I don't like Pete, or modern Bungie at all really, but he only said 850 working on Destiny and Marathon. This would leave an undisclosed number of people working on other projects at Bungie, and would also not include administrative and other employees not directly working on Destiny or Marathon. So that doesnt mean a 47% workforce reduction, because there is an unknown additional number of employees that are being left out of the equation, likely on purpose to inflate how bad Bungie looks.

Trust me, players will really like it if you would please nerf Jeff's ultimate and healer self-healing expeditiously.

EDIT: Also the former Hello Neighbor developer was not helping AH balance HD2 properly. Je wasnt taking guns away, he was ripping them.out of your hands and throwing them across the galaxy so you would never think to use them again. They were too heavy handed, there is no way any sensible person can dispute that. Additionally, about making enemies harder, no, that is another thing that AH thought was smart for some reason but was what almost killed the game when like 90% of players left.

Some. Some games. The very minimum amount of games that are typically not highly requested games.

TLOU2 Remaster really be coming to PC before Bloodborne or Demons Souls Remake.

Yeah, I dont know about this one, chief. Initially I was kind of on board with it, I really liked some of the Alien-esque designs and seeing some of the logos of various companies was interesting. Particularly Porsche as a ship designer, and I liked the shaders they showed for the CRT technology. But then they showed the cockpit of the Porsche and I literally said out loud "Holy crap, that ship is huge, Porsche would never make something that massive."

From the initial shots I was expecting something more or less the size of a fighter jet, not something that dwarfs a Lun-class ekranoplan.

I thought it might be some kind of take on F-Zero or Cowboy Bebop where the player is a race-driver by day, vigilante bounty hunter by night type of game. Which was pretty cool to me. But then the longer I watched the worse it got. The bounty dispatcher or whatever is a woman version of budget Snake Plissken and a smoker, but the voice actor sounded like she was lifted from a 1940s movie and had never smoked a day in her life (rare, I know, but still). I expected at least a hint of gruffness from her character and got absolutely zero of that. The main character was fine I guess, kind of bland so not really much for me to comment on.

I need to see more to really make up my mind on it, but as it is I am leaning on passing this one up. Plus its a Sony game and I just don't like Sony at all. Also, all the logos kinda felt advertisey by the end of the preview.

To be fair, it IS more than Sony or Nintendo are doing.

Yep, totally unplayable. Confirmed.

Yep. Ciri isnt the worst choice in the world, I just was hoping I could have played as my own character instead. It will be interesting to see what they do with the story.

The style is also different, with the UI icon having larger mandibles and a larger mandible base.

Not on Lemmy though.

Also, Pro Tip:

Sometimes you can occasionally make a comment you know will be taken negatively so that you can update your block list of people who choose to leave mean replies. It helps to phrase it in a way that will create an emotional response. This is helpful for removing these people from your feed, because usually they leave negative comments like that on every reply they make. Very rarely do I find a person that is nice in most of their comments leaving a mean one, like ever. But also it is very rare I find these kind of people in the first place anymore.
