I think it's a good idea honestly. I'd rather not see random porn posts on my main account. I used a porn apt for reddit, and I'm using 2 porn alts here. It just separates the porn, and I know it's a tom safer for me to open nsfw pictures in public without seeing a weirdly yellow bathroom and a guy stood up.
Can't give advice for getting them out. But please, for the love of God, before you even attempt to take them out. Get spares. If you're not sure which ones exactly. Try to get ones that are mixed but look similar.
