It gets worse, but can also get better or at the very least have some bright spots. Try not to give up hope , I know it’s easy to because I catch myself doing it all the time

Please contact your representatives local and national representatives I know it seems like screaming into the void, but it’s the best thing I think everyone can do rather quickly especially with the help of the eff and aclu.
