My buddy who was a driver at the time would try to convince the Uber drivers in the lot at the airport and they all believed the propaganda from TV and radio that was clearly paid for by Lyft and Uber. The majority of the American public are just not intelligent.

I only use eats if there's a solid promo, and then I pick up the food myself. They don't get the fee, I don't have to tip, and I get the deal. A lot of time the price per item is cheaper on pickup too. Their fees are absolutely ridiculous, and they are just a middleman. They for sure are losing money on me.

Actual headline makes more sense.

"Soldier shot self in head before Cybertruck exploded outside Trump’s Las Vegas hotel"

I low key wonder if they'll use the 25th on him to get that to happen. He's Thiel's boy, and I have wondered if that was the plan from the get go.

They both used Turo, and both were ex military, they are exploring to see if there are links, but nothing definitive yet.

I usually bring mine, but that's only because I stay online for the travel days to/ from whatever destination unless it's a short flight. I'm already stuck with nothing to do as a passenger in a plane or car, so I figure I might as well get paid to do it and save my PTO to extend the trip. I used to let people know that I have my cpu with me, but I will not be checking or responding to emails and IMs, and if there is an absolute emergency that needs my attention, they can call me, but I'm taking a day back of PTO. No one has ever called. Having said that, I feel like my new boss absolutely would, and for that reason, she doesn't have my personal number, and I haven't let her know I have my cpu w me on any vacations

Yeah, but EV is quieter and heavier By default. There's probably a way to disable the speaker that puts out the noise to warn pedestrians too. I'm sure they chose that car for a reason.
