One way to start is to have someone or some thing hold your legs up while you do them, assisted pull-ups. Each time after, try to do as many solo pull-ups as possible, followed by assisted pull-ups.

Continue this routine until you are able to do them comfortably up to a specified amount.

Yeah, would pass through Misery for my lunch breaks to get to this Quick-Trip. Too bad they had Kansas taxes. Cigarettes were hella high.

I experienced this when I was in the military doing a field training exercise. As we got in our sleeping bags for the night I noticed there wasn't a single noise. No wind, no insects chirping. Temperature outside was pefect. I felt that tingling sensation. It was the most comforting and peaceful feeling. SERENITY is what I would call it.
