When my late husband said, "why you syphilitic son of a bitch" I knew that he was really angry at someone and if he said "rats in a dishpan" then something just went haywire. He passed away 30 years ago now and I have never heard another person say those things.

I feel like it was the "incitement and aiding and abetting" that is the legal issue here. They were trying to fit this into an intentional homicide charge but were not able to do so and now, they are trying for an incitement charge but maybe a suicide complicated this charge as well.
