Huh - a billionaire that lies?

Whoda thunk?

My dad was a drunken asshole who grew up in a tough world. He wasn't suited to fatherhood, and wasn't prepared to deal with a kid that was not him.

I suspect he had his own ND issues that would have been even more difficult for him do deal with as a kid in the 40s and 50s, not to mention his parents.

He was probably raised with the same kind of abuse I was, and more. I don't hate him.

As an ADHD kid in the 60s and 70s, I was punished for existing by most teachers/school boards, other kids, and my father.

(That doesn't mean that I wasn't hella annoying, of course.)

That being said, I agree.

Losers love losing. Deniers love denying. Traitors love treason. The GOP loves Trump's shit-crusted cock, but denies being his bottom.

I suggest that Gary Pilnick eat my ass for dessert.

And we didn't do our jobs, which is throwing Trump et al in prison to rot.

As much as I believe there are some whut deserve it, and boy howdy, do I, I'm not a bloodthirsty revenge hobo.

I just want folks to not be traitors, not be opportunistic thugs, not be Nazis, and not kill/wish to kill innocents that just want to live.

It's really simple: don't do that shit to others, don't suck the dicks of those who tell you to, stay the fuck off and out of people's bodies, don't use God or whom/whatever as an excuse to be a cunt, and mind your own fucking business.

Yours first, bitch.

I could post shit, but I'm boring.

I'll start:

I was new to my area, having moved from New England to the Midwest. Met a very good guitar player who was influential in the local blues society. He asked me to play a song with him at the hurricane Katrina benefit they threw, and I said yes.

(At the time, I thought I was rather nifty. Played a 7 string, because. I planned on doing such a good job that I'd get flooded with gigs. Heh.)

The song he picked was Little Wing. I'd played it, but not often, but reckoned I'd do okay. I did not. I played that damned song in at least three wrong keys, and never once found the correct key, to my utter humiliation and guitar player's bemusement. Even my new sweetheart asked "WTF happened?". We went home and I licked my wounds, thinking I'd never get a gig again.

Well, after about a week (iirc), he called me to do a gig. I asked after his sanity, to which he responded "everyone can have a Miles (Davis) moment". 🥲 Needless to say I never messed up Little Wing again, and I learned a few things.

Currently I play an Ibanez AEB5E acoustic which I defretted. The others in the stable are a Conklin GT-7, an Ibanez PCBE12MH acoustic, and a Lākland 55-94.
