I'm less interested in more yield at this point. If I eat the cap of the most mature spore is that too much?
They're still in a sterile bag. Haven't touched them at all. I'm thinking to just let them bloom and then harvest, but that one on the side is big...
So if some are growing faster than others, should I let them linger, or should I dehydrate them? 
I have a few dehydrators. But if I were to consume them fresh, what can I expect?
