It's difficult to find motivation to work when employers devalue experienced workers by only allowing them "entry level" and people who are wanting experience and should be considered for "entry level" in the industry are blocked because they need experience for "entry level"

I did 2 years vocational electrical/electronics, worked in CCTV, broadcasting, circuit card repair, satellite systems, telephone systems, CATV, comp hardware/software, networking, alarm systems, metering systems, construction, utility locating, and general contracting, but since I don't have any active certifications besides A+ 1101, I work at a restaurant

I truly think it's a white person thing to want to be supportive, but swing so far to the right side that we make a full circle. IMO ((as a white guy that supports equal rights for every human (and domesticated animals)) we just want to help, but also want to relate but have zero fucking clue how to relate and then we just try too hard

I made my actual DnD character. In tabletop he's a high charisma low intelligence wizard that uses a transmog ring to look like an old man. Focuses are char, wisdom, deception and persuasion. He sucks in a fight, but generally can B.S. enough to get out of the fight. He goes by the name Jerry Atric
