Cool idea, love more competition in this space!

I was unfortunately disappointed by the first query I did. I searched for "Norway" and did not get any good results. I expected Wikipedia or something similar, but did not get anything good. Maybe I used it wrong?

I have a different experience. I have not blocked anyone or amt instance. I am om lemmy.world, so that might be it?

Yes.

Some people have to use pills their entire lives. I take some for my disability. They make me more patient and less excited/stressed. They also reduce episodes in which I might harm myself or do things I regret. I am not my disease. I am me, and the medicine is like using crutches for my mind.

I can not solve my issues by talking to a therapist, so medicine is a requirement.

I find it kinda idiotic not to accept medicine that will make things better for you. It's irrational. I don't blame you for feeling it this way, I am not sure if this is a gendered issue, but as a man I took it quite hard when I had to start taking meds, it was as if I had a weakness and was less than my peers. "Men are supposed to be stoic and tough" (I have since changed perspective)

Take your meds, no-one will give you a medal or appriciate it if you don't. You are also not weaker if you take them. It just makes life easier, like a good bed or a good home. Is having a good home a weakness? "What? You can't survive on the street? You pussy!" /s

See the irrational way of thinking? Any comfortable choice can be called some form of weakness. So then the queation becomes: Why choose to have difficulty when nobody gains from it?

This one: https://www.fieggen.com/shoelace/standardknot.htm

Interestingly the bunny ears one is considered by the person owning the shoelace site as good if done correctly. Maybe I did something wrong before I learned the standard knot. https://www.fieggen.com/shoelace/twoloopknot.htm

It's worth learning. It is a much better knot. It's not hard to learn. I used bunny ears for 15 years before I learned. Do your knots loosen pretty much everyday? Mine did. With the improved knot it doesn't.

Basically using a cryptowallet as a canary. Cool idea

Professional help moght be as simple as antidepressantants. They are cheap and they do help a lot. I have been taking it for about a year and it does help a lot. Currently on a decent dosage of venlafaxine.

Seriously, they don't do much the first couple of weeks, but after that they do help a lot.

I am not sure if this is true, maybe I am misunderstanding something. I use GrapheneOS and can use all banking services in Norway just fine. GrapheneOS does have a translation layer or something like that for Google Play Services, is that what you are thinking of?

Can you elaborate a bit on the google and apple servers for authentication? My impression was that this system uses its own platform.

Does it work well from a user experience standpoint? I am considering switching from my current provider to KeePass XC. Usability is important, I also need to share some passwords with my SO. She is good with technology and computers, but not a dev.

Everyone in Norway has one, well like 99,99% or something. It is a requirement for banking.

It is used for all banking services in Norway. When you get your own bank account at 13 or something you also get BankID.
