LOL the funny thing is, I use to THRIVE online when I was younger and barely talked in school because of social anxiety. Now I’m older and have a bit less social anxiety in rl but SO MUCH online. I have no idea how or why it happened like this 🤣

This is the current state of my job. Morale is very low and leadership is only just now attempting to figure out why since people have begun to leave. Feedback has been constantly shared and yet they have done nothing to address the issues. Namely communication issues from leadership to staff.
I wonder why that is. You would think less pressure online but for some reason it’s more? I can’t even interact on discord 😭😭
