I've never had a problem with the lack of a pause button. A lot of other things could be a lot better before that. Elden Ring is my favorite game but it's ok to criticize the bad UX, terrible m+k controls, one or more bosses cheating at the game (see Malenia's stagger), bad multiplayer mechanics, etc. I will say though that there is no reason for there not to be a pause button. You can already pause by opening a certain menu tooltip so it's clearly possible.
Moghul
The people don't really do that. A move needs to start from the mods, whether it's because they want to move or because they did something to piss everybody off.
Several people have already raised concerns with the fact that they got banned from several unrelated .ml communities by the same mod for breaking the rules in one community. There are several topics with broad appeal that have their largest community on .ml. Switching instances is basically the same as making another account because you're still subject to the .ml moderation.
Romania built a modern waste management facility some years ago and it was opened with some fanfare. There's an investigative reporting doc on it that shows that garbage is just being dumped in a trash heap for various reasons: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WHgwT-F05J4
This is nice, but I'll believe it when I see it and if it turns out to be a scam or otherwise mismanaged I won't be surprised.
To note, I am Romanian.
I have no idea, it just made sense in my head that when you're cropping such a small portion of the picture, any movement would be visible and would probably fuck up data. In my mind the lens(es?) are in constant motion while in use. Itty bitty tiny little movement, but movement.
Doesn't JWST have to account for its own orbit around L2 and stellar parallax (depending on distance)? I assumed it would have to have some tracking.
No matter how good your tools and materials, a skilled enough amateur can fuck it up. You can't account for taste either. Furniture shapes aside, those bed covers and the couch are also not something I'd have in my house.
People still do that, though maybe less. Men in the family are electricians, masons, plumbers, all at the same time, and with varying degrees of success.
The Eastern Europe in this is overwhelming
I'd forgotten about that, it's been some years since I've booted up a Dark Souls title.
And yes, the equivalent of slabs are also limited in Elden Ring, but that makes little difference, frankly.
I feel threatened.
