How come that every single country that china borders, has border disputes with China? Look it up, every single one.

Please educate us: what happened in Tibet, if China isn't imperialistic?

China is building naval bases all over the place. And colonizing African Nations? What do you think the belts and roads initiative is all about?

One important factor, why countries have foreign military bases on their land is because they get security guarantees because they fear a foreign invasion. I.e.: Philippines being invaded by China. The Filipinos would rather live under cooperation with the USA than under Chinese rule.

If you love China so hard ,why don't you live there? If you love hardcore communism so much, visit the Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum and killing fields in Cambodia. I've been there and I lived under communism.

It's funny how the most vocal talkies all live in western countries.

Absolutely. In a perfect world, we would supply enough MRAPs, Busmasters and similar vehicles to Ukrainian infantry.

Unfortunately we don't have enough for our own needs. The Australian military still has G-Wagons. We do have plenty of M113's and Humvees.

Sure, they're not as good as the bigger troop transpors, but: what are the alternatives? Usually unarmoured technicals. Realistically speaking, we don't even have enough of those! I donated to NAFO's 69th sniffing brigade to buy vehicles.

If I was there, I'd rather sit in a Humvee or M113 than in a technical.

Aw crap. Glad they survived. Also shows the value of actual military vehicles over shitty technicals.

Not sure they would have fared as well in an unarmoured Hilux, Navara or Triton.

Something that surprised me is that there isn't a better way to collect used cartridges from the machine gun at the top.

Not sure what to think of that large space use across the bottom on a widescreen display.

That's one reason why I downgraded from windows 11 to windows 10.

In standard KDE, the standard "start menu" at least is quite thin.

I was wondering about that when sensationalist science Youtubers started spreading the footage like wildfire.

A wake up call for us as well.

I have no good words for this disgrace.

Finally supporting PWAs on Desktop? Bringing back battery APIs and Network APIs so we can develop powerful apps than run on firefox.

  • You can add a permission request prompt for APIs of concern. Make Firefox a kick-ass browser again.

Edit fixed typos.

Unless rates change in 5 days till we exceed 1/4 million fatalities and 5000 artillery pieces.

I hope they can make them in high enough production runs. If so, happy hunting.

Great news though as that's a pretty common cancer.
