check if you have sleep apnea. it can fuck your sleep hard without you ever noticing. ask someone if you snore loudly or hold your breath when you sleep as those are typical signs

when will it become cheaper to pay a nurse/doctor for the day under the table for being on call during the last part of the pregnancy to help deliver? with hospital costs in the US and with most of that money not actually going to the doctors, why isnt there more of a black market?

It's meant to underline that cars in general aren't that healthy for the the environments we live in and our people, even if we switch completely to electric. I think it's to combat the notion that if everyone just buys an electric car, we'll all be fine.
