Isn't it part of the human right for healthcare?
Since the WHO defines health as so:
Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.
, the "mental wellbeing" part makes it a human right, according to the Article 25 section 1 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights:
Everyone has the right to a standard of living adequate for the health and well-being of himself and of his family, including food, clothing, housing and medical care and necessary social services, and the right to security in the event of unemployment, sickness, disability, widowhood, old age or other lack of livelihood in circumstances beyond his control.
And water is wet
As if the horrible treatment of workers in the US, and possibly in many other countries wasn't convincing enough
