Does a microkernel matter for anyone but nerds? Maybe companies that make variants of the OS?

This fixes my biggest issue with go: Shitty error handling.

It introduces an Option and Result type which was not possible to do with Go :D

The manga being called "frieren the slayer" is a bit of spoiler. It was really chilling how the name "frieren the slayer" was revealed in the anime. It was definetly my favourite scene in the anime

The post on my screen was cut off at "skinny white man arrives", and I think it was perfect.

In switzerland the power is very close to the people. We're not a country controled by the elite in the shadows. Here the vote was very tight showing that there was genuine concern in the population about overly strong tennant protection.

I don't want to see trust eroded in a political system that represents the oppinion of the people well.

Oh? Do you have a source for that? I'd really love to confirm it to be true ❤

Those are things that regulate the tension in the overhead cables on train tracks. With the variation of temperature cables tend to contract/expand and this systems allows the cables to do so freely with a constant tension provided by the weights.

I understand that. My question was: why is a primary needed in the first place? It makes sense with first past the post, but with ranked choice voting and instant runnoff, I don't get why. Does the US constitution require state to organise primaries?

Why not simply ranked choice voting? why the open primary?
