It's not surprising. If you read the behind the scenes interview sections at the back of volumes of the Super manga, it's obvious that Akira Toriyama (or as Toyotarou calls him in these sections, "Toriyama-sensei") saw Toyotarou as a successor and had a lot of faith in him. It would make sense that he would continue with the torch he was given. Combined with the fact that the manga ended on a cliffhanger, (Frieza is still out there!) and Toriyama-sensei was still helping out with new Dragon Ball material at the time of death, I don't doubt that he had plans that have yet to be finished.
That said, once those plans have been caught up with and the story is wrapped in a nice bow, I think they should leave it alone. We've seen what Dragon Ball looks like without his influence, and I would prefer the series went out with dignity rather than become a zombie.
The 00's panel would be identical to the 80's panel, so they cut it for brevity sake.

He's talking about gay people. This isn't an argument about taxes or government spending, it's whether or not people should be considered criminals for being born different. I can't speak for everyone, but that's not something I would personally tolerate, especially if I was trying to be a good influence on my hypothetical children. (I probably won't have children because just taking care of myself is hard enough and I don't think I'd be good at it, so take that with a grain of salt.)

This seems like a bad strategy for spreading Russian propaganda. Toddlers don't exactly have a lot of political power and tend to be bad at communicating with others. I can't believe this wasn't obvious.
Not a big name outlet, but the Jimquisition awards bar any game with any form of post purchase monetization from entry, and will revoke the award of anything that adds them after the award is given. (This happened with Rocket League in the past.)
YouTube's algorithm is garbage though, so that information is worthless. Pretty sure it pushes right wing stuff on anyone remotely interested in politics regardless of affiliation. As for me, my watch history is off, so that isn't possible in the first place.
