Really all you had to do was ever hear anything from him. He was clear about who he was.

Hence saying you just needed open ears to know. He was broadcasting who he was back then. It was no secret.

Turned into? 10 years ago it was obvious if you had open ears.

Do they make 18 inch platforms?

I found it at one point but didn't know how to make it run on a modern computer.

Police officer sounds authoritative. Cop is usually used in a derogatory manner. Gonna stick with cop.

Anyone have a source on this?

Except a lot of these things don't include vaping. That has skyrocketed in kids and iirc vaping rates are higher in kids than smoking rates were when I was in high school

Source? I have never seen a single car that does this.

Used camera buying advice (self.sonycamera)

I don't know if there's actually anyone here but I'm looking to get my first camera and I like the Sony from what I see. Ideally I'd like one with ibis so I'm looking at at least a 6500 or a7 II. I know many will say that the full frame is not necessary, but on the used market they can be close in price so why not? Any tips for looking for them on the used market? I've noticed there's a lot of scammers out there that "want a deposit". Someone I know told me about Allen's camera shop, but that can be a bit expensive. If I find a legit seller on Facebook is there anything specific I should look for while checking out the camera?

So I have an Astrolux MF01S with the extended battery tube and recently it wouldn't turn on after not having really used it in a bit due to moving. I put all the cells into my XTAR VC8 and one of the cells wasn't recognized by the charger. I used a multimeter and it's not reading any voltage from that cell (reads appropriate voltage from other cells). Is there anything to do or is this cell just dead for some reason? I believe they're the samsung 30Q's that are generally recommended.

Can anyone help me solve this? I have a Samsung Galaxy Watch (I believe it's the original, I got it in 2019) and ever since my phone (S23 Ultra) last updated it doesn't save my notification settings. I like to have it set so that my watch still notifies me while I am on my phone and that when my watch is connected to my phone it silences notifications on my phone. I can still set that, but when I turn it off at night it resets the settings so every morning I have to open the wearable app and redo my settings. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Can anyone help me figure out how to fix this watch? I had seen a video that said it was likely that Center screw being loose so it wouldn't wind, but even after tightening that it won't start ticking. Bought some simple tools and I'm willing to mess with it (I believe it was a cheap watch) I just have no clue what to do.

I'm looking at getting into photography and I'm trying to decide on what camera would be best for me. One of the primary things I'm interested in is nature photography when I'm out on hikes.

I spoke with someone I know into photography and he seemed to be pushing me towards full frame cameras. Given the prices for these cameras (I'm fine with used) it seems like I have to make a bit of a choice between older full frame and newer aps-c.

After doing some research here are the cameras I am currently considering:

Sony a7

Sony a7R II

Sony a6400 (or maybe a6500)

Nikon D800

Canon EOS 5D Mk III

Canon M50 Mk II

These are sort of organized by how interested in them I am. The pricing varies a bit for them, but with the cheaper ones I'd be able to get more lenses sooner and/or feel less bad about upgrading it in 2 years if I get really into it. So would the a7 or a7r be a good way to go to get a good balance of things or is something like a D800 still worth it today? Or is it just that worth it to have something like the a6400/6500 today to have newer features?
