I've seen a few of these already, but since I already spent time working on it I thought I'd share mine also.

Right now it's pretty basic, but that was the idea. I wanted a fast and light weight site kind of similar to old web directories. I'd like to add some advanced features like detecting hashtags in community descriptions. I also plan to build some automation around it to keep things updated and automatically discover new instances quickly.

Feedback is welcome. Hopefully someone finds this useful.
