Yea there are some pretty cool ones these days that resemble a blackberry. Checkout the " t-deck plus" by lilygo. Glad to hear you were able to get past the added instability, depression sucks. I started off with psychedelics as an adjunct to regular therapy for PTSD and depression. I found- low to mid dose DMT helpful in particular- allowed me to briefly experience a state of " existential lightness". This brief brake from the perpetual sense of dread allows me to connect with hope for a different way of being.
These days I do a mix of non-dual and single focus meditation practice. And it has been very helpful to all my symptoms.
