So what you're saying is that I should convince the British I'm an artifact to get a free vacation?

A resistance group can still be terrorists. Terrorists are just people who commit acts of terrorism to accomplish a goal. Sometimes a group may commit them purely as a bargaining chip - "Stop attacking us and our people, or we'll commit more terroristic acts in response"

It's just embedded in public preception that terrorists won't ever stop doing it until they are stopped due to terrorists being an easy group to make villains in media as terroristic actions are horrific by design

True, but that still revolves around leaving it aa close as possible to how they were - preservation sometimes requiring active work to keep clues around

For the pyramids, the rate of exterior decay is probably deemed far less destructive than the need to use cement to restore the granite

Need to leave sites as close to as they were as possible, else clues about the past could be accidentally destroyed, especially clues that we do not have the technology to analyze yet

So they are going, "You're my parent now, get to cleaning"

If you remove the peaceful options, then all that leaves is violence

Funny thing there, also bisexual and it also took a long time to figure that out for the same reasons

Catholic school, where self discovery goes to die

I don't actually know when, just that it clicked when I finally played as the girl option in a Pokemon game and it felt so right. Mind, part of what made it so slow is that I'm genderfluid, so there were enough times I was firm enough in my identity that, combined with going to a Christian Catholic school, made the times I switch easier to... Well, ignore

And that gets me to subscribe. Doesn't prevent access to such news, but tries to keep the community positive instead of entering spirals
