Because he's going to Cadillac?
Well, he wasn't very happy, but he has always been very, very supportive, and I take out of every bad moment some very positive things," Colapinto told media including RacingNews365.
"And this is every time because of James and his thinking, his mentality and his way of moving forward as a team leader and as a team, and I think I learned a lot from him.
"He has been an amazing team leader for the little time I've been working with him and I know how important this is for him and for me.
"But when these things happen, when two tough weekends in a row happen, the mentality and the will to keep pushing forward and getting up and finding a solution to the problem is his strength and always finding a positive thing in the negatives.
"That is very important, and what is going to move this team back to the top."
Cadillac Ferrari hahaha. It makes sense though, I would expect Ferrari and Merc to have the best new engines up front and Honda, RBPT, and Audi to take some time to catch up.
I'm conflicted. I do get that it's not fair that wages are higher in Switzerland but it does get complicated quick. What's stopping a team from having say 51% of the team in Switzerland and the rest in the UK and getting a competitive advantage that way. But I suppose teams could already do that and outsource to India but they don't so maybe that's a moot argument.

NFSMW was the best game. I loved every aspect of the game but a part that we haven't seen really since is the traps you can drive through during a cop chase. They had gas stations you can blow up and things you can knock over that crush/block the cop cars behind you. I think it was a really fun way to help you out during a cop chase and added strategy to the path you take. I wish a new NFS would add that back.
When a driver speeds in the pit lane during practice they only get a fine but when they speed during the race (when they gain a sporting advantage) they get a time penalty and it's the exact same infraction. You say starting infraction as if the two cases are the same but they're not.
Checo got a sporting advantage. Norris didnt
