Well this is kind of a "Yet you participate in society!" thing. Many people (especially somewhere like Pennsylvania) have to have a car to live. That doesn't mean they can't advocate for a better solution at the same time.
I've never heard the singularity referred to as AI panic. It's usually talked about as a good thing. The point when technology becomes infinitely self-improving. If someone was a promoter of the singularity, that would mean they are trying to achieve/advocate for it not prevent it.
But the constitution also does not say that we shouldn't provide aid, so I guess it would be unconstitutional to not provide aid.

The Mandalorian is probably the best star wars show out there at the moment. There is a world-of-the-week vibe to it, but like most modern shows the primary focus is on the overarching plot and characters that recur. That said, if you liked Andor I think you'll thoroughly enjoy The Mandalorian.
If you like animated shows, Futurama is a classic. If you want something a bit more obscure and odd, Final Space is a good and funny show too. That's starting to stray pretty far away from Star Trek other than it taking place in space though.
I could see bandwidth being a big issue if the community grows as well, considering images aren't cached on your local instance so that could easily take down a smaller server or cause a huge unexpected spike in costs.
I feel like we need a good third option, but I'm not even sure what that would look like. Maybe something distributed like IPFS.
